Latest News & Tips...in Suriname...2007

Special Notes:
* A thousand of witnesses bringing justice to a know-it-all land...
Due to the lack of any kind of legal attention for my case here in Suriname and
so in my own country Venezuela and some other organizations to try to find out
what it is exactly happening with my situation ... I have not had any other choice
than authorizing a series of books related to my situation in Suriname to be published. We are still working hard to make this happen. The editorial houses
have been authorized to publish the first one of them in a short time during this
year if some more "crazy" strategies continue appearing around my situation
which are really "crazy ones" coming out from sick minds only. The responsible people who will be appearing in my books are not "Fictions". So, we will be
sending invitations to read more about through this web site as some more links.
*P.S. This must be taken as a commentary for coming issues only. the reason
is that some people are still thinking this is a joke and continue abusing in the
worst way possible due to their "power".

EVENTS ON THIS WEEK...
Monday, August 13th 2007.
* On this day I headed for the Venezuelan Embassy located at 23-25 Henckaaron
straat in Paramaribo-Suriname. The repeated idea was to request for protection
as in different ocassions I was attaked and hit by unknown people in the streets of Paramaribo. I talk to the Consul of my Embassy (Venezuela), Dr. asdrubal Marquez but no success. instead of that he offered me one more choice as a way
out: a plane to go back to Venezuela...but the same story as always...no papers and no other means. In fact on this occasion I refused such a help tired of this game about fishing boats, planes, and who knows!.
I must mentioned that two weeks ago more or less I requested from my Embassy an official car to take me to the border with French Guyana as a desperate
option to leave for Venezuela and ask for Justice there, but I changed my mind due to the "snaky ways of those people interested in avoiding any way that could put them in danger of being reached by Justice because of their actions.

Friday, August 17th 2007.
* The Final Countdown has been started this day to show the real wrong-defense
made by those cowards that once they have been unmasked through their actions start reacting with real "animal instint" to protect themselves from a TRUE that cannot be stopped to bring justice on them.
As an advance....hit by the police twice for requesting a legal phone call to ask for the Consul of Venezuela to assist me as it is his duty in a foreign country when I was taken under trick to the Police Station because I enter to the building of the
Venezuelan Institute requesting for help?.....I remind you that I asked to call our Venezuelan Consul when I was at the I.V.C.C.
I cannot accept the "animal welcome" that the Police in Paramaribo offered me in its non-human police installations besides the "free-to-take advised" about how I could be passing my days "isolated" with no outside communication in one of those sweet rooms if I insisted in my fight to bring an investigation about my situation in Paramaribo-Suriname. Sorry but that does not work on me!...you guys have acted in a illegal and sick-methodological action against my complains...why not ask your adviser for a better method to threat innocent people in your cells?

* The new actions have begun today to demonstrate the "hidden" feeling of those so-called Men Dressed in Justice. In fact, this kind of feeling is nothing else than
a real bad performance of evil anxiety within those who are not able even to learn
to recognize the human rights which are undeniable.

Sunday, August 19th 2007.
* On this day I have arrenged with the Consul of the Venezuela Embassy about the possibility in order to send a letter to the Police Station in Paramaribo-Suriname so they can let us know about the reasons for taking me there. Besides this, I discussed with the Consul Marquez that we need to know why two policemen hit me apparently with no reason.
This action with the Consul is possible due to we are finally trying not to mix the functions of the Embassy as before with the problem of the members of the Embassy and then let the problem of my case for a moment isolated and so perhaps I will find time to discuss this isssue again probably if finally the member of the Embassy in this case Mr. Marquez understand not to mix things.

* How many Embassies and or National Institutions and or Particular
Institutions have been involved in Rafael's case....and What were the
real reasons for?....Of course it's not a help as they do not belong to the Teresita DE Calcutta Congregation,do they?
1. Venezuela Emabassy in Suriname.(members)
2. Venezuelan Institute for Cooperation and Culture in Suriname.
(situations occurred in there)
3. American Embassy in Suriname.(member...apparently an addressed action)
4. France Embassy. (a member in a particular action probably)
5. Ministry of Justice and Police in Suriname.(Head in Chief)
6. Ministry of Foreign Affairs.(Head in Chief)
7. Prosecutor General for Suriname.(I am still waiting for him)
8. Immigration or Alien Office in Suriname.(pressing on my passport)
9. Police Department in Paramaribo-Suriname.(the two main ones in the city...no actions taken when gone there complaining or denouncing)
PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS:
10 .Hotel Nobre.(members...they think they are a kind of a sky-office for offering humanitarian help but the true is really referring just to a ticket to experience well-addressed hell sensations to get a chance on a piece of a cake.
